We are looking for Sr. Officer/ Executive Stores with one of our Die Casting Industry at Sanand.

It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title:  Sr. Officer/ Executive Stores

Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Number of Years - 3- 6 yrs

SAP Knowledge Must

Background:   From Engineering or Automobile Industry

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

. Posting all production related accounting entries in SAP & Costing.
. Creation of PR/PO related to Material and Services.
. MIS reporting, Production Reports and Other reports related to Material & Production.
. Bills of Materials creation & change in SAP.
. Routing for Materials Requirement Planning.
. Stores material Receipt, Issue & Stock management. Also managing man power in stores.
. To keep proper filing & to look after paper works of Stores.
. Issue all material with proper documentations & Posting in SAP.
. Stock takes activity in Raw Material by monthly Physical V/s SAP.
. Final stock taking at the end of year & updating in SAP.
. Ensure Issue of Material as per material reservation by P.P.C. Department to . . . Production Line on time to loss of Production due to Stores.
