Sales Pattern: Channel Sales & Project Sales
Location: Noida
Main KRA"s:
* P & L accountability, sales performance, people management and process excellence.
* Responsible for Business strategy, sales planning, budgeting, new product launch, marketing & promotion, conduct sales training workshops & seminars, meetings, client mgt. & PR.
* Maintain close tie ups with all the key influencers like architects, Interior Designers, builders contractors etc., other Key customers in Govt. and Private sectors.
* Responsible for manage entire Sales, Distribution & Trade Marketing objectives of all the channels for the Company.
* Mentoring and directing strategies for successful achievement of goals and driving Channel & Project Devolvement plans.
* Enhancement in Brand visibility with seamless availability across the potential channel networks.
* Develop positive working relationship with channel partners to build healthy and profitable business.
* Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit.
* Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
* Manage team and individual performance of sales managers through the alignment and execution of individual and departmental goals.
* Responsible for Bottom line , Price structure , Value Chain and scheme formulation.
* Model and lead effective performance management and career development practices, ongoing coaching and personnel development.
* Overall Sales Management: Target fixing, briefing, fresh forecasting, enhancing set revenues targets, monitoring overall performances , advising and follow ups, brand promotion, marketing, BTL, schemes, margins,
* New Business Development: Market segmentation, evaluating marketing budgets, competitors, assessing market, penetration, visibility, promotion, launch.
* People Management: Planning, recruitment, product training, KRA, HQ and control mechanism, mentoring, team building, performance monitoring, feedback and career planning.
* Operations and Administration: Be accountable to enhance overall operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time and process parameters.
