We are looking for Dy. Manager - Manufacturing Engineer with one of our Die Casting Industry at Sanand.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title: Dy. Manger - Mfg. Engineering

Location: Sanand

Reporting To (Position): Plant Manager

Reportees (Number and Positions): 1

Qualification: DME or BE Mechanical

Mandatory - BE - MECH

Experience: Number of Years - 12 to 15 years

Function - Auto ancillary

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required
* Having knowledge of VMC , CNC , PDC machine as well as process. including assembly
* Verification & monitoring action plan to improve OEE.
* Kaizen Implementation at plant level related to loss reduction
* Equipment planning to increase plant capacity as per customer requirement
* Cycle time & tooling cost estimation RFQ.
* Cycle Time Reduction, Automation project execution.
* New Model Development with First time right
* New Machine procurement & regularization for Plant.
* Leader TPM KK Pillar & Co Leader for DM pillar
* VAVE idea and implementation of same
* Able to implement low cost atomization

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:

* Able to use SAP system for better control
* Should be good presenter & use of Power point presentation
* Should be a good team player
* Should good motivator to team
* Able to train people
* Should be problem solver

* OEE-1
* Single piece flow.
* Automation project
* Tooling inventory control.
* VAVE Projects
* Process
