 Location: Pune

 Experience: 3-4yrs

 Qualification: B.Com

Job Description:
  • ·         Booking of expenses, Invoices, Purchases, stock  in Tally
  • ·         Bank Payment & receipt entries
  • ·         Bank reconciliations
  • ·         Documentation for Overseas payments to suppliers
  • ·         Ensures all statutory compliances, as per both State and Central laws are in place for the organization and establishes robust processes to ensure 100% compliance at all locations.
  • ·         Managing all the compliance and statutory payment on time e.g. VAT/CST/TDS/PT.
  • ·         Filing of vat Returns, TDS returns, Service tax returns
  • ·         Manages the payroll for the Company.

  • Prepare and process accounts payable through checks, NEFT and RTGS
  • Ensures timely payments and accurate entry of transactions to accounting system. 
  • Ensures quarterly reconciliation of payments with vendors
  • ·         Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • ·         Preparation of Final accounts
