We are looking for Engineer - PPC with one of our Die Casting Industry at Sanand.

It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title: Engineer PPC

Location: Sanand

Reporting To (Position): Head PPC

Qualification: Mandatory - BE Mech

Number of Years - 2 - 4 yrs

Gender: Male/ Female : Male

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required

• Coordinate with all functional head to meet production plan.
• RMC Analysis
• Inventory management  to maintain the inventory turnover ratio
• Handling  multi customer with multi product for high volume
• Knowledge of  TS 16949 , EOHS  System adherence
• Effective scheduling  to avoid the line loss
• Planning and analytical skill
• Plant Capacity Utilization/Mapping
• Monthly MIS
• Tracking of production / loss due to material loss  and action on the same.

Any unique soft skill / behavioural requirement:

• Able to use SAP system for better control
• Should be good presenter & use of Power point presentation
• Should be a good team player & good coordinator
• Should be good speaker & communicator
• Able to perform the job under customer pressure
• Should be good finisher

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:
• Schedule Adherence
• Delivery rating
• Inventory control
• Premium Freight cost
• Cost saving projects
• Improvement at supplier

Computer/ System knowledge & skills required: SAP, MS Office
