We are looking for Manufacturing Engineer with one of our Die Casting Industry at Sanand.

It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Sanand

Reporting To (Position):  ME Head

Qualification: DME or BE Mechanical

Mandatory – BE – MECH

Experience:

Number of Years – 3 TO 5

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required

• Having knowledge of VMC , CNC , PDC machine as well as process. including assembly
• Verification & monitoring action plan to improve OEE.
• Kaizen Implementation at plant level related to loss reduction
• Equipment planning to increase plant capacity as per customer requirement
• Cycle time & tooling cost estimation RFQ.
• Cycle Time Reduction, Automation project execution.
• New Model Development with First time right
• New Machine procurement & regularization for Plant.
• Leader TPM KK Pillar & Co Leader for DM pillar
• VAVE idea and implementation of same
• Able to implement low cost atomization

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:

• Able to use SAP system for better control
• Should be good presenter & use of Power point presentation
• Should be a good team player
• Should good motivator to team
• Able to train people
• Should be problem solver

• OEE-1
• Single piece flow.
• Automation project
• Tooling inventory control.
• VAVE Projects
• Process
