We are looking for Executive Assistant to CFO with one of our Die Casting Industry at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Designation:   Executive Assistant to CFO

Location:  Kalyani Nagar , Pune

Working Days:   Alternate Saturdays Off

Exp:  Min 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Candidate needs to know shorthand. ( very important|)
2.       Has to be fluent in English verbal and written communication
3.       Has to be presentable in looks and carrying herself.
4.       Should have worked as Secretary in a good organization and should have been secretary to           some Top Management position.
5.       Should be comfortable to Travel to kalayni nagar

Role and Responsibility
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing and MIS.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CFO.
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the CFO is well prepared for meetings.
  • Maintaining personal document/ adhering to timeline for bill payments (personal and official).
  • Planning, organizing and managing events.
  • Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
  • Preparing presentations, papers for meetings.
  • Contribute to strategic decision and planning.
  • Strong knowledge about account/ Finance will be a huge plus.
  • Dynamic personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
