We are looking for Dy. Manager- Supplier Quality Assurance with one of our Die Casting Industry at Rudrapur.


Company Profile:
It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Designation: Dy. Manager- Supplier Quality Assurance ( Vendor Up Gradation)

Location: Pantnagar, Rudrapur

Exp: 8 to 15 yrs

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1. Experience and exposure to various manufacturing processes in auto industry
2. Experience of Supplier quality assurance / up-gradation activities
3. Exposure to supplier evaluation and audits
4. Exposure to QMS and FMEA, Why Why analysis, SQC,TPM , Lean etc
5. Ability to train the people
6. Ability to communicate and co ordinate with interface departments and vendors

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

1.Supplier Quality Improvement
2. Supplier up gradation for QMS

Computer/ System knowledge & skills required:

Power Point Presentation, Excel, MS Office, SAP ,SRM etc
