We are looking for Product Coordinator with one of our Manufacturing client at Noida.

 Designation :   Product Coordinator ( Sales Coordination)

 Location :  Noida 
Job Profile:
  • Importing, generating, collating & maintaining of all sales related data (MIS) party wise / Sales person-wise / territory-wise.
  • Dissemination of data to all concerned (employees, branches & parties)
  • Coordination with Transporters for efficient delivery of stocks.
  • Handling inventory Management & update management on regular basis regarding shortage & Excess / Slow & non-moving / damages pertaining to stocks to stocks.
  • Update information regarding supplies / pending orders with reasons & suggested action.
  • Handle any queries related to product / dispatches /stocks from employees or parties.
  • Maintaining & disseminating routing MIS regarding to Sales i.e.: daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Co-ordination with field force to ensure all reports are received in time i.e.: Tour Plan/Mapping of Outlets / Monthly report / Tracking Booklet etc.
  • Ensuring sending latest stock status to field force on a pre-determined frequency.
  • Feeding of Sales Orders for execution received from field force.
  • Handling customer queries (both internal & external).
  • Ensuring proper documentation of new parties being appointed / opened.
  • Any other work assigned / report requested from the management at any point of time.
  • New warehouse search & setup as per customer requirements.
  • Renewal agreements of customers & vendors (transporters, landlords and AMC).
  • Negotiation with new vendors.
  • Team motivation and problem solution.
  • Hand over activity for new customer’s account.
  • Business Operations & Coordination.
  • MIS Design, Implementation & Documentation.
  • Cost Saving/Cost Reduction in all Operational areas & to set up goals for the same.
  • Inventory Management & Utilization of Non Moving Inventory & Corrective Action for non production of the same.
  • Customer Satisfaction in terms of timely delivery & good quality of Products.
  • Purchase & Vendor Development.
  • Dispatch & Logistics.
  • Business Operations & Coordination and warehouses
