We are looking for Instrumentation Engineer  with one of our Die Casting Industry at Aurangabad.

Position Title:
RLDA/Instrumentation Engineer (Sr Engineer/Executive- R&D)

Location:
Aurangabad

Qualification:

Mandatory –  Graduate (BE/BTech) in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronics


Experience:  

Number of Years –  2 to 5 years



Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1.      Expertise and hands on experience with data loggers & data acquisition techniques. 
2.      In depth knowledge of Sensor (LVDT, Load Cell, Linear pot, wire potentiometer, Accelerometer, Strain gauge, Speed sensor, Encoder & other Analog & digital sensors) construction & working.
3.      Hands on experience in strain measurement and experimental stress analysis. Strain Gauging skill is a must.
4.      Knowledge about basic data analysis techniques.
5.      Knowledge of basic electronics: Knowledge of diode, resister, capacitor, Battery cell, Conductor, Insulator etc.
6.      Soldering Skill: Fine soldering skill for the requirement of strain gauging purpose.
7.      Awareness of various statistical analysis techniques (DOE, SPC, ANOVA).
8.      Excellent problem solving  and communication skills.
9.      Strong Interpersonal and team working skills are essential, demonstrated ability to work in team.
  
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position: Roles & Responsibilities are as below

1.      To support for Instrumentation on vehicle & rig: able to configure the test setup and choose the required sensor as per the test requirement, able to suggest/Prepare the design of mounting adaptors as per the test requirements.
2.      Support for up keeping of instruments: Able to fix or mount the instrument on the vehicle OR test rig. Able to take care of the instruments & sensor while using for testing & after testing. Maintenance of instruments & sensor & their proper up keeping.
3.      Individually can run the test on vehicle & test rig: Person must be able to run the test on vehicle or test rig with minimum support.
4.      Adherence RLDA process/guideline: Up keeping of data in proper format at data archival folder. Timely update of data and activity sheet.
5.      Support for Calibration function: Clear understanding of calibration process, Calibration master, Knowledge about calibration parameter like load, displacement, Temperature, Voltage, Current, pressure.
6.      Able to work Closely with Internal / External customers: Should be able to co-ordinate/ work with internal customer / external customer / Calibration agencies /Vendors.
7.      Keeping Update of activity status:  Keeping update of current status of test planned / Calibration plan / Calibration calendar. Instrumentation maintenance plan.
8.      Keep updated about the current industry developments & trends in the area of RLDA.
