Designation: Account Assistant / Receptionist
Job Description
Accountancy
- -Maintain all day books such as expenses, BRS, etc
- Calculation of TDS, Service Tax and other taxes
- Making all statutory payments and maintaining all returns.
- Maintaing and updating tally ledgers
- Tracking and payment of creditors
- Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet
- Knowledge of tally ERP 9
- Knowledge of MS Office
Receptionist
- Receptionist welcomes visitors by greeting them, answering
or referring inquiries.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring
logbook; scheduling appointments
- Arrange and coordinate meetings
- Assist with data entry, documentation and filing work
- In charge of courier services and incoming mails
- Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general
administrative duties as needed
- Other ad-hoc admin and reception duties as assigned by
superior
- Possess good spoken and written English language skills.
- Good Typing Speed (English and preferably Marathi)
Keyskills – Minimum Graduate, Tally ERP 9, Accounting,
Receptionist, MS Office, Computer Skills, Typing Speed (English and preferably
Marathi) upto 40 wpm
