We are looking for AGM/ DGM Maintenance with one of our Manufacturing client at Jhajjar, Haryana.

Experience Requirement
Conditioning Monitoring of rotating equipments through Vibration monitoring & analysis, balancing. Health Monitoring of static equipments through NDT Techniques like UT DP etc. Exposure to Steam trap monitoring, Thermography Survey. Reliability Centered Survey (RCM) )Failure mode and Effect analysis, Improvement of MTBF, and reduction in MTTR).
Knowledge of variuos standards for rorating & static equipments.
Functional areas:-Production, Manufacturing, Maintenance.
Job Description
·         Knowledge Requirements Oral Solid dosage and Injectable facility , equipments , Clean utilities , HVAC, Mechanical & Plant utilities;.Management Skills -Site Management , Timeliness Management , Quality Management , Safety Management
·         Project Execution and commissioning includes Mechanical piping, Utilities piping, Utility equipments.
·         Close Co-ordination with Site PM, other execution team members, Contractors and PMC at site during execution
·         Co ordination with Engineering, Validation, QA department and user for smooth validation completion of project and handing over to the user team.
·         Measurement Verification, bills certification and ensure the vendor get the payments in time.Co-ordination with SCM for timely delivery of Materials/ equipments
·         Ensuring the clearing of GRN on time; Ensuring implementation of good housekeeping, Safety practices in the projects.
·         Updating the status of the projects progress to the senior management periodically.
·         Raising the P Rs and follow-up with SCM for releasing the PO.
·         Preparation of URS , Co-ordination with vendor , drawing approvals of Injectable & OSD process equipments along with integration of the downside equipments
