• Statutory Compliances. 
 Factory Act
 Shop & Establishment Act
 Provident Fund Act
 Employee State insurance Act
 Contract Labour Act
 BOCW Act
 Getting License from Labour office

• Employee Satisfaction Survey & Employee Relation
 General awareness for the Survey.
 Explaining the Questionnaire for the Survey to the Employees
 Conducting the Survey
 Analyzing the Survey Feedback
 Presentation and Suggestion Survey results to the Employees
 Solving queries related to Policies, Procedures & Implementation.
 Handling Conflict & Grievances
• Salary Processing.
• Employees Engagement Program. 
• HRIS and MIS
• Audit & Inspection
