In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates, ply woods, pre laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicle

Job Description:

* Skilled in supervising plant activities, deployment of available resources to achieve organizational goals.
* Expertise in production, operations to facilitate smooth working.
* Knowledge of managing the manufacturing operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
* Assessed breakdowns and rectified it for the smooth running of operations using latest maintenance techniques.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of increasing productivity by improving process sequences & labour motivation.
* Knowledge of technology trends with the skills of instituting quality control techniques to achieve product excellence at the lowest overall cost.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills in team management and planning.
