Company Profile : It is a Rs 6000 million worth conglomerate with diversified business interests in the area of Agro & Interior solution. It has taken an integrated approach for all its operations. In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates, ply woods, pre laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicle

Designation : Manager Manufacturing 

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering 

Experience : 10 years of Experience in Furniture Industry

Location: Hosur  Tamil Nadu

Job Objective
To determine the most effective ways to use/operate the basic factors of production — people, machines, materials, information, and energy — to make the required product as per specified quality norms & within required cycle times. Monitor and continuously improve productivity of manufacturing units and carry out capacity planning and layout planning for smooth functioning of the plant saving cost, time and improving quality.

Job Description:

* Resource planning of Man, Machine, Material & Method (process)
* Direct & coordinate plant operations within company policies & procedures
* Maintaining a clean & safe plant using 5'S' & Kaizen activities
* Responsible for plant production goals
* Responsible for rejection & rework of production floor
* Manufacturing process with right material, quality, quantity, time & cost
* Time calculation of machine wise production
* order successfully handed over on time.
* saving due to value engineering.
* Production plan vs. actual production.
* rejection & rework
