We are looking for Officer Final Quality Inspection with one of our Die Casting Industry at Aurangabad.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and B raking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title: Officer Final Quality Inspection

Location: Aurangabad

Corporate Level (Grades): Sr. Engineer / Executive

Reporting To (Position): Assistant Manager

Reportees (Number and Positions): Two technician and Two App .

Qualification: BE / Diploma - Mechanical/ Production

Experience: Number of Years - B.E -02 To 03 Years
Diploma - 04 to 05 Years

Function - Final Inspection and customer support

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

- Knowledge of Handling customer complaints and warranty for OEM preferably Bajaj .Should aware about analysis of complaints

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

Good Responsiveness .Should able to handle Final Inspection area independently Manage customer day to day issue .Should able to work as an customer support function in an company

Computer/ System knowledge & skills required: MS Office , SPC ,FMEA , 8D , Why Why analysis
