Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Ludhiana

Preffered Industry back Ground: Tiles, Paints, Bath fittings, Elevator, Glass, Hardware, Electrical -All project related

Behaviour requirements: Street Smart, Ability to go in details, Strong commercial knowledge

JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbent of the position will be responsible for following things.
Generate enquiries, lead, follow up of Project sales till closure.
Should have good relation with clientele's like Dealers , Distributors, architects, builders, dealers, contractors, PMCs.
Should have knowledge of building materials industry.
Should be aggressive and go-getter in attitude.
Should have pleasing personality and good command on communication skills.
Should have good knowledge of Project Execution.
