We are looking for Manager Purchase with one of our Construction Client at Noida.

Location : Noida

Designation : Manager- Purchase

Industry Preference: Construction Industry Background

Experience: 10-15 yrs

Responsibilities:
Finalisation of PQ & its approval from TC for all supply Items
Complete Tender process , award & CSMs
Complete Contract management follow up & finalisation of R.analysis
Finalisation of LOI/P.O./Agreements to conclude with all approvals as per S.D.A
Bill Checking, processing & putting upto F/A for payments, follow-up & release of payment
Tracking/M.I.S of all above activities to establish a mechanism
Compilation & Evaluation of PQ & its data for supply items
For all related works maintain All docs/data/mails/corrospondance in soft/Hard copies
LOI/P.O/Rate Contracts/Agreements preparation in consultation with Legal & F/A
To provide best rates from market to facilitate R.analysis to contract for finalisation of extra items
Follow-up for P.O.Bills, processing & follow-up for release of payments
