Designation : Manager- Contract & Tendering

Industry Preference: Construction Industry Background

Experience: 10-15 yrs

Responsibilities:
Finalisation of PQ & its approval from TC for all SITC works
Complete Tender process & award
Complete Contract management follow up & finalisation of R.analysis
Finalisation of LOI/W.O./Agreements to conclude with all approvals as per S.D.A
Bill Checking, processing & putting upto F/A for payments, follow-up & release of payment
Tracking/M.I.S of all above activities to establish a mechanism
Checking of PQ information tabulated,
Finalisation of Pqed list 
Obtain approval of PQ list from Tender Committee
Checking of the bid documents & finalisation before floating
Participate in pre-bid meeting, Checking of MOM, Comparison
