We are looking for Head Marketing with one of our reputed manufacturing industry at Motinagar, Delhi. & Hapur

Company Profile:
It is a Rs 1600 cr conglomerate with diversified business interests in the area of Interior solution & Agro. It has taken an integrated approach for all its operations. In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates; ply woods, pre-laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicles

Position: Head-Marketing
Work Location: Motinagar Delhi & Hapur.
Reporting: Director and Core group.
Team Size : 10-12 member team

Job Responsibility:-
Create 360 degree plan for all lines of business. Understand and plan the strategy across product line as per corporate philosophy.

The person is suppose to lead and plan:

Digital Marketing
Mass communication
Corporate communication
Below the line activities
CRM
Creatives.
* Work with the Different agencies as per the brand plan.
* Executing the planned Advertising and Promotions during the year.
* Evaluating the effectiveness of the specific campaign and promotions.
* Planning all ATL & BTL activities .
* Making a budget, monitoring the expenditures.
* Monitor the sales of the existing Products and identify marketing support required to increase the sales from the existing levels and work with the sales teams for ensuring the same.
* Arrange to get the right feedback on all the marketing activity and take corrective action on the plans as and where required.

Knowledge and required skills:
* System based and organized
