We are looking for Asst. Manager - Maintenance & Production  with one of our reputed manufacturing industry at Hapur.

Company Profile:
It is a Rs 1600 cr conglomerate with diversified business interests in the area of Interior solution & Agro. It has taken an integrated approach for all its operations. In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates; ply woods, pre-laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicles

Position: Asst. Manager - Maintenance & Production 
Work Location: Hapur.
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor production output in accordance with target set.
According to job order prepare schedule and adhere to them.
 Implementation of 5s activities on the production floor.
Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.
To plan the manpower, machines & their utilization.
Setting and troubleshooting of machines during production
To give material purchase request to the purchase department for necessary items needed on line. To make changes in production plan according to customer Requirements and our Inventory.
To co-ordinate with manager production and QA to meet customers- requirements.
Ensuring safe, continual and efficient operation of all machinery, EOT cranes, Pit & Bell Furnaces with Regards to complaining with all corporate polices.
Keeping record of all the Day-To-Day maintenance and service activities.
Keeping record of all the ISO Documentation.
Ensuring That Periodic Preventive and Predictive maintenance and appropriately scheduled and accomplished to minimize Breakdown and that Emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as and when needed.
Adherence to daily, weekly and monthly Preventive checklist.
Accountable for minimizing MTTR(MEAN Time To Repair) and MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure)
Supervising the maintenance and periodical review of all the Utilities.
Planning and scheduling the maintenance jobs.
