We are looking for Business Analyst with one of our reputed Manufacturing Industry at Hapur.

Company Profile : It is a Rs 6000 million worth conglomerate with diversified business interests in the area of Agro & Interior solution. It has taken an integrated approach for all its operations. In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates, ply woods, pre laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicle.
Position:   Sr. Business Analyst
Location:    Hapur
Experience:   3 to 8 yrs
Qualification:   B.E./ B.Tech
JOB PROFILE:

 Analyzing business forecast tool based on research and analysis of market intelligence, sales history and business data.
 Generating business and forecast reports for management as needed.
 CRM technology team for marketing of organization products allowing effective communication with customers, management & vendors &identified deviations in CRM plans and corrected accordingly.
 Preparation of corporate presentations for customers and management.
 Determining business projections on annual basis.
 Assisting in development or improvement of reporting tools for making effective business decisions.
 To manage the information and plans the strategies and makes a portfolio helpful for business.
 Analyzing the data collected from campaigning, feedback collection, and market study.
 Analyze the product cycle, sales and services to analyse the loopholes and opportunities and make appropriate use of it.
 Responsible for conducting research for development of new business ideas and new markets were the product can be launched.
 Understanding customer needs and requirements and provide valuable information to companies that can be considered for development.
 Analyzing marketing promotions and marketing activities meet the desired target.
 Analyzing business process management and business requirements and suggest recommendations or solutions for it.
 Preparing Business Intelligence reports, Trend Analysis & Forecasting Using Qlikview.
 Designing process enhancements for Sales & Marketing Team.
 Providing Automation support to various teams such as Marketing, Product Management and Higher Management.
 Managing Data Analytics and Reporting projects Forecasting and Planning.
Worked on SAP to generate various reports.
 Drive implementation of key initiatives for growth, customer experience, operational effectiveness and service
