 Position Title  :  AGM Quality

Location :  Hapur

Qualification :

Mandatory –  Bachlor’s Degree in Engineer ( BE )

Experience : Number of Years  :  10 to 16

 Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1. Knowledge of seven QC Tool
2. Knowledge of SPC, SQC, FMEA, APQP, MSA Control Plan, PPAP, etc.
3. Knowledge of Drawing reading, Component Layout, SIR.
4. Hand saw experience of in process of die casting Machining components.
5.  Customer complaint solving technique like -6W2H, CAPA, 8D
6. Knowledge of TS 16949, EMS, OHSAS, TPM, 5S.
7. Knowledge of CMM, TRIMOS, Roundness tester Counter Graph, Multi gauging, Surface finish tester, measuring instruments and its calibration.
8. Knowledge of VMC , HMC Programming
9. Knowledge of rejection analysis and COPQ
10. Manpower Handling and lead shift of 40 peoples
11. Knowledge of Inward inspection.
12. Knowledge of PDI.
13. Internal auditor of TS, EMS, OHSAS

MS EXCEL, Power point Presentation , SAP QM Module
