Deal with All the Branch Heads of West Zone.
Performance Appraisal System
Proficient in the areas like Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Performance Appraisal, Training needs analysis, Compensations & Benefits,
Efficient in planning the organization needs.
Proficient in supervising the other HR staff.
