We are looking for Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager - Purchase with one of our reputed Manufacturing Industry at Hapur.

In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates, ply woods, pre laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicle.
Designation : Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager - Purchase
Location : Hapur
Functional areas : Raw Material of Food related Industry , Food Grade Packaging Material
Qualification: Diploma in Food Technology, B.Sc/M.Sc (Agriculture / Horticulture) with 7-12 years of Experience in Food processing Industry like Frozen Food , Ready Mix Industry, Ready to cook / eat product manufacturing Industry , Dehydrated Vegetables & Spices etc. manufacturing Companies, agro & horticulture products companies, , packaged foods companies (Biscuits , Breakfast Cereals / Snack Foods)
Main Job Responsibilities :
1. Awareness about Food Safety Management Systems, Food Safety Certifications , ISO certifications , licensing registrations and standards act
2. Awareness about GAP, or Good Agricultural Practices (which focuses on the four basic components of production: soil, water, hands, and surfaces).
3. Awareness about GMP, or Good Manufacturing Practices (which includes food safety plan that incorporates water, product and facility testing).
4. Awareness about HACCP, or Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (which is a seven step process that identifies "Critical Control Points" in the production process & seeks to eliminate the risk posed at those points).
5. Awareness about Testing and Compliance of Food Safety Specifications , Coli form count, Quality of Food products , Microbiology Needs & Sterilization.
6. Some Knowledge of Total Aerobic Count and Total Yeast and Mold Count as part of the Raw material stability program.
7. Should Organize techno/commercial terms for raw material/finished goods sterilization through means like CO2/Ethylene oxide treatment to reduce the incidence of bacterial /coli form count etc.
8. Some Knowledge of testing procedure of Food Products like Staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, shigella, clostridium botulinum , E.Coli, vibro cholera.
9. Understanding of Physical ,chemical and microbiological Specification of the product
10. Knowledge of Safe keeping & storage of Perishable Food ingredients
11. Well versed with short shelf-life products, Frozen foods, Spices, Grocery's and Packing Material
12. Select supplier of raw material combinations of Food products.
