We are looking for Manager – Sales & Marketing – International Business (Export Sales) with one of our Die Casting Industry at Aurangabad.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.
Position Title: Manager – Sales & Marketing – International Business (Export Sales)
Location: Aurangabad
Desired Profile:
We are looking for a candidate at managerial level who will be responsible for our aftermarket export business mainly at Bangladesh, Sri lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Indonesia. PFB Detail description for this position.
Specific requirement :
a) Candidate should have similar experience from auto component companies.
b) Considering Bangladesh as a key market, we are looking for candidates who knows Bangla language.
c) This position is based out of Aurangabad.
Basics : -
· Highly organized and disciplined thinker, effective executor, must have a task and project completion drive and focus.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Basic knowledge of Export Logistics function
· Basic Knowledge of Marketing function.
· Communication & Presentation skill
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Organizing and managing sales plans under instruction form the Business and Export Head.
Ø Establishing new and maintain existing relations with customers and distributors of Endurance in mainly Asian Market but not restricted, can work for other continents as well by continuous visiting the channel partners.
Ø Developing new business plan for the region and implementing the commercial policy.
Ø Guaranteeing customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Ø Guaranteeing market intelligence and providing proper information
Ø Interacting with Plants for supplies.
Ø Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co –workers ( Very important )
Ø Proven track record of business development/results within a consumer - focused environment.
Ø Experience in the Auto-components sector or similar line of products.
Ø Experience with full responsibility on sales, Branding, understanding to grow the business.
Ø Need to travel Asian countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka, Bhutan, Indonesia.
