We are looking for Dy. Manager- Design & Development ( R&D) with one of our Die Casting Industry at Aurangabad.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

 Designation:   Dy. Manager - Design & Development ( R & D)

 Location:   Aurangabad

 Qualification :    BE (Mechanical)

 Experience :   5 to 10 yrs

 Technical Knowledge and skills required:

 * Good Understanding of 2Wh Brakes design & Development. Knowledge of 4Wh Brakes an advantage.
* Understanding of Drawing & Tolerances.
* TS- 16949, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC etc.
* Good Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
* Good Expertise in Design FEMA.
* Fair expertise in CAD tools like Pro- E or any equivalent software.

 Key Deliverable of the Position:

 - Proposal discussions with customers for new product and understanding the requirements. Finalization of product proposal.
- Design & Development plan preparation & execution of samples preparation for proto & pilot batch till production.
- Design checks in DMU, drawing validation and checking.
Monitor new product for its performance and durability. 
VA/VE proposals identification, validation & Execution in running products.
- Ensuring the work processes are in line with TS standards through APQP approach.
