We are looking for UI/UX Specialistwith one of our IT MNC client at Noida.

Company Profile:
Ours is a start-up IT company incorporated in June 2014 based in sector 57, Noida. We are basically into Website development. Most of our clients are based outside India. till now we were outsourcing projects to other companies but now we have decided to built our own IT team as a huge no of projects are in pipeline. So we are looking for dynamic, self-motivated and efficient people to come and grow with us.

Position Title: PHP Developer

Location:  Noida

Number of Years - 5 yrs to 8 yrs

Job Responsibilities:


We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a keen intellect and attention to detail to work with us.

-Creating simple & highly engaging user workflows -Converting above into elegant design for the Engineering team to build on -Owning overall product design for the existing platform and multiple new features in the pipeline including specifications, mockups, usage scenarios, prototypes, navigation maps etc. -Ensuring a seamless UI, design and user experience across all existing and new features offered by the company

This role will be responsible for-

1. Assessing public facing web pages and/or mobile app features
2. Defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
3. Developing and maintaining design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
4. Analyzing feature usage data & user behavior to improve UX
5. Play a key role in UX decisions.

Skills Set: -Good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, DHTML) -Understanding of interactive web technologies JavaScript, Flash, Flex, Ajax would be a plus -A formal study of Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Architecture or related field would be a plus -Expertise in visual design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator etc -Also, knowledge of Prototyping skills using tools like Flash, Flex, Dreamweaver
