We are looking for Corporate Head CNC with one of our OEM Die Casting Industry at Manesar.

Today group is operating six plants locating in Delhi & Gurgaon. Kiran is poised to make a mark in the International Markets attracting customers from U.S.A, Europe, U.K. and Japan by our high quality products produced from Latest & World class Production facilities at Manesar Gurgaon.

Position Title: Corporate Head- CNC

Location: Manesar

Qualification: Mandatory - BE Mech

Number of Years - 15-22 Yrs

Function - Production / Operations

Gender: Male/ Female : Male

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
1. Commissioning of machines and equipments.
2. Hands on experience in CNC Application (Programming, Tooling & Development) Machining Center as well Turning Center & turn mill center, ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001-2004 systems, SPC/SQC process, TQM & SQCDMS system implementation & monitoring.
3. Ensure production output as per defined plan and attain targeted productivity &
Quality PPM levels in respective areas.
4. Optimum utilization of man, material and machine.
5. Solving machine/product related problems
6. Knowledge of manpower handling
7. Knowledge of component costing

Any unique soft skill / behavioural requirement:
1. Leadership quality
2. Good team work


Computer/ System knowledge & skills required: SAP, MS Office
