We are looking for Sr. Manager Marketing with one of our reputed manufacturing client of Interior Product.

Company Profile:

In addition to its comprehensive range of interior solutions - from decorative laminates and plywood to Modular Furniture and locker rooms & cubicles - the group has forayed successfully into the agro business starting with cold storage and diversifying into farming, biotechnology and food processing. Based on the core principles of economy, excellence and ethics, the group has a turnover of over Rs. 4000 million.

Position: Sr. Manager Marketing

Reporting to : DIRECTOR / HEAD PROJECTS

Experience Required : 15 YEARS & ABOVE

Qualification : MBA

Age Bar : 35 yrs & above

Gender : Male

Target Companies : Building Material (Sanitary ware, Tiles, Kitchen appliances, Hardware)

Job Responsibilities

1. To help in achieving the branch business target of the company.
2. To maintain and serve key clients of the company.
3. To increase sales of the branch.
4. To help in R & D of Market development & needs.
5. To motivate , support & lead the subordinates to achieve co. goal
6. Looking into new avenues like housing segment, project segment, govt. segment etc.
7. To manage & drive the team & achieve the target.
8. Dealer development, Dealer management.


Competencies to be needed

1. Good calculation skills and technical skills.
2. Must be committed and loyal towards his work.
3. Should be able to talk in English & making PPT.
4. Well versed in computers & power point presentation.
5. Well versed in computers & power point presentation.
6. Loyal to company & does not have change very quickly.

Job pre-requisites

1. Delhi based preferably west Delhi
2. Should have at least 15 yrs of experience of same line
