Job Description: A HR Manager will be responsible for the organizations overall HR function. The position reports to VP HR & Operations. Here are the details:

Responsibilities:
Take the total responsibility of HR function
Manage HR team
Oversee recruitment activities
Resource planning for current and future operational needs
Formulate company wide HR Policies
Responsible for Employee satisfaction
Handle Joining & Exit Formalities


Primary Skills:
5+ years of experience in HR
Proven experience in mid-to-large IT Company
Proven experience in hiring industry leaders in technology areas
Experience in formulating HR policies and Employee Benefit plans.
Organizational Development, Talent acquisition, Employee Satisfaction, Team Management, Compensation & Benefits, Implementing industry best practices
