POSITION : MANAGER / Dy. Manager - PROJECT SALES
REPORTING : AGM - SALES
DEPARTMENT : PROJECT SALES
LOCATION : Bangalore
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 4 to 10 years experience.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE FROM: BUILDING MATERIALS INDUSTRY
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: BSC/Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
Certifications Auto Cad would be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent of the position will be responsible for following things.
Generate enquiries, lead, follow up of project sales till closure.
Should have good relation with clientele's like architects, builders, dealers, contractors, PMCs.
Should have knowledge of building materials industry.
Should be aggressive and go-getter in attitude.
Should have pleasing personality and good command on communication skills.
Should have managed team of 4 to 5 employees.
Should have good knowledge of Project Execution.
