Job Profile:

Update Invoice Sales Register, Daily for all Company (in Manually and Computer file ) Servo/Idea/M.M.M
2. Apply for claim and update drawback/Focus/Excise received daily as per invoice - Servo International
3. Update shipment status daily - Servo International
4. Update Monthly Received/Pending payments Chart company wise - Servo/Idea/M.M.M
5. Scan all docs as per invoice (Inv., PL, BL, EP copy, BRC, Fumigaiton, Mate receipt, insurance, exchange control copy, TT copy, L/C, PO, FIRC etc. - Servo International
6. ARE1 status chart - Servo International
7. PRE-SHIPMENT WORKS: - Prepare documents for custom examination
8. Docs to Bank for Reference no.
9. POST-SHIPMENT WORKS: -
A. Prepare docs for payment collection through bank
B. Documents if direct send to party
10. DGFT WORKS: -
i. Apply Product Focus
ii. Apply DEPB
11. Prepare docs for Excise Claim
Maintain Machine dispatch detail manual and scan.
