Post: Zonal Manager (ZM) for OTC Sales business.

Group has been into existence for more than 140 years. The company originates from Germany. Today Company enjoys worldwide dominance in Phyto-pharmaceuticals, Nutrients and Homeopathic business.
India Business:
The company"s global business is close to Rs. 7000 Crs. In India combined OTC and other businesses are close to 100 crs.
In India it has been selling only its homeopathic products for the last 100 years. Today the Homeopathic and Nutraceutical product range is imported from Germany , USA as well as manufactured in our India plant (NOIDA)
It's OTC business which has been running successfully over last 6 years, Innovative marketing and aggressive sales team promotes its products across India.
Opportunity:
Currently Company's OTC Division is well known in Northern part of India (Delhi / UP / Rajasthan/ Punjab/ j&K/ Haryana/ Himachal /MP) among allopathic counters by its products Cineraria eye drops and Calcarea Phos tablets which is catered by company dealers. The Profile in discussion will have the opportunity to manage OTC business in north India with direct company operations and bring sales growth. Selected candidate will experience GERMAN MNC standards and professional working environment. Besides the salary part this position is entitled for performance linked quarterly and annual incentive.
Profile - Zonal Manager (North India) / Sales Manager (North & West India)
1. The person will be responsible for North India OTC business which will be promoted to allopathic counters and dealers
2. The person should have COMPULSORY STRONG RELATIONS WITH OTC / PHARMA STOCKIEST IN NORTH INDIA & UP so that dealer network can be established wherever required.
3. Shall be managing a team of 2 RMs / 5 Area Manager"s and 30 Territory Executives (TE"s)
4. The person will be responsible for implementation of BTL activities in the field
5. The ZM shall also have to ensure achievement of state-wise targets
6. Ability to appoint AMs/ TE"s at vacant HQ"s will be essentially for this role
7. People management should be the strongest attribute expected out of the candidate
8. Minimum experience should be 10 years out of which 2 years at least should be at zonal role
The above profile will directly report into Head - OTC sales. The Position is based out of NCR /Noida. Salary is negotiable as per current package of candidate
