We are looking for Asst. Manager- Quality with one of our Shocker manufacturing Industry at Sanand.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting & shocker products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title: Asst. Manager - Quality ( Shock Absorber )

Location: Sanand

Reporting To (Position): Quality Manager

Qualification: Mandatory - Diploma (Mech)

Number of Years - 4 - 8 yrs

Gender: Male/ Female : Male

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required

- Plan and Strategize quality function covering In process Quality
- Effective implementation of TS 16949 system.
- Familiar with IS/TS 16949 major Tool i.e. APQA, FMEA, PPAP , MSA and SPC
- To achieve zero customer complaint by controlling Process.
- Correspondence with other dept for non-Conformity and follow up for counter measure.
- Support for development activity and supplier up gradation.
- Day to Day interaction with other dept.
- Able to do Process audit and suggest for process improvements for prevention of defect.
- Knowledge of shock absorber will be an added advantage.

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:
• Should be a good team player & good coordinator 
• Able to speak English, Hindi, Gujarati will be added advantage
• Should be good trainer
• Be a part of solution – Problem solver

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:
• No of customer complaint
• In-house Rework / Rejection, DPR in assembly
• COPQ
