We are looking for Plant HR Head with one of our Die Casting Industry at Manesar.

Today group is operating six plants locating in Delhi & Gurgaon. It is poised to make a mark in the International Markets attracting customers from U.S.A, Europe, U.K. and Japan by our high quality products produced from Latest & World class Production facilities at Manesar Gurgaon.

Position : Plant HR Head 

Qualification : Master Degree in Human Resource

Experience: Overall minimum 12 years experience with 3 years in managerial capacity.

Role : -
• To plan and implement HR Process.
• To implement good practices in Human Resource Management.
• Design and implement “Employee Engagement & Motivation” policies.
• Maintain good IR relations.
• Skill development.

KRA : -
1. Policy design & development
2. Recruitment & Training as per Business Plan
3. Balance Score Card as per Business Plan
4. Employee cost per Business Plan
5. Legal & Customer Compliance, and system adherence.

Main Responsibilities
Responsibility  
1. Develop and manage guidelines, plans, and policies for effectively managing human resources.
2. Current business conditions (internal and external) and changes as per management guideline to be adhered.
3. Act as an integral part of the business team.
4. Engage the business team in systematic organizational audits resulting in clear priorities
5. Provide employees with the resources they need to commit themselves to meeting company objectives.
6. Influence and drive organizational change strategies in support of business objectives.
7. Comp/benefits, payroll, staffing and recruiting, transfer system.
8. Policy development and training, communications, recognition.
9. Promotion process, team leader training, problem solving training, quality circles and suggestions, plant-wide training.
10. Employee Relations -- employee advocate, concern resolutions, peer reviews, safety and health.
11. To achieve an environment where all team members treat other with dignity, trust each other, and care about the work we do, we foster initiative and creativity.
12. To make safety and health the priority, accept individual responsibility for our own safety as well as others.
13. Development -- on-the-job development, process improvement, section-specific training, section business and strategic planning.
14. Analyzing and Optimizing Recruitment Budget & Recruitment Plan Development
15. Benchmark other organizations, Map out all current processes and flow.
16. List all current member roles & JD, identify the key roles of HR and then align the organization accordingly & Operate within budget constraints.
17. To implement balance score card and review as per performance based.
18. Responsible for legal compliance as well as customer compliance with highest scoring in all units.
19. Reward and recognition scheme implementation.
20. Suggestion and Kaizen scheme implementation.
21. Implement PMS (Performance Management System).
