We are looking for Quality Head with one of our Die Casting Industry at Aurangabad.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.
Position Title  :  Quality  Head
Location :  Aurangabad

Qualification :

Mandatory –  Bachlor’s Degree in Engineer ( BE )

Preferred – Mechanical / Production

Experience : Number of Years  :  12 to 16

Function – Quality ( Die Casting )

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1)      Knowledge of Aluminum Casting
2)      Line Inspection & Manpower Handling
3)      Manpower/ Shift Supervisor  Handling
4)      Knowledge of Foundry Process
5)      Quality Monitoring & Controlling problems.
6)      Knowledge of TS / TPM / EOHS
7)       7QC Tool Implementation 
8)      Control the Indirect & Manufacturing Expenses
Any unique soft skill / behavioural requirement:

 1 )  QMS ( Quality Manufacturing system )
 2)  Knowledge of OEE calculation
 3)  Problem Solving
 4)  Team Building
 5)  Knowledge of SAP
 6 ) CMM Operation & Programming
 7)  Good Communication Skill 
Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

  1. Ensuring manpower availability as per requirement
  2. 100% legislation compliance as applicable
  3. Ensuring implementation of all points in TS & EOSH
  4. Ensuring Quality problem  of the Plant and highlighting concerns to the Functional
  5. Participating in various Corporate Projects as and when nominated
  6. Ensure  rejection / consumable control
Computer/ System knowledge & skills required:

        1)   Basic Knowledge in solving computer software related problems
 2)   MS-Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
