We are looking for Sr. Manager - Paint Shop with one of our Die Casting Industry at Chakan Pune.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title: Asst. Manager - Paint Shop

Location:   Sanand 

Qualification: DME/DCE / BE

Experience: Paint Shop and surface treatment (PT)

Number of Years – 6 – 10 Year

Function – Paint Shop

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:
  • Ensuring total quality at all stages of manufacturing
  • Should have deep knowledge of surface treatment, surface coating etc.
  • Promoting awareness of customer requirements.
  • Preparation of quality plans, procedures, process sheets & Work Instruction’s, IPO.
  • Maintaining the TS 16949 QMS System
  • Conducting the Internal Audits as per ISO/TS 16949:2009 and internal NC closer.
  • Preparing Process Audit, Product Audit & Layout Insp. schedules, Conducting Audits as per Schedule and follow up for action plan of NC.
  • Daily Rejection/Rework monitoring /Analysis and improvement.
  • COPQ Reduction and Actions on non conformance from Customer / Inhouse.

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:
Dealing with Customer,
(Preferred - BAL)
Convincing Skill.
Communication Skill
Should work in Team & Lead the Team, Motivate to the down line.

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:
Zero customer Complains.
Reduction of COPQ
Inhouse Rejection.
Vendor Rating – L2
