We are looking for Executive / Asst. Manager - R&D with one of our Die Casting Industry at Aurangabad.

It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position Title: Executive / Asst. Manager - R&D

Location: Aurangabad

Qualification: Mandatory - BE Mech

Mandatory –   Knowledge of Embedded System & Matlab,

Preferred –  Experience in Automotive Control unit development

Experience:  As a designer in auto ancillaries.

Number of Years - 3 - 7 Yrs

Function - Design, R&D

Gender: Male/ Female

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

Must  to have :

1. Proficient  in Embedded C, Assembly language & M-Scripting
2. Microcontroller architecture
3. Knowledge about MBD & code generation: Matlab, Simulink & Embedded Coder.
4. Knowledge about debugger, emulator & Oscillator.
5. Hardware board level debugging.

Added Advantages :

6. Design & Develop New Products for Automotive domain, good to have Chassis, Suspension & transmission domain expertise.
7. HIL & test bench validation.
8. Vehicle level performance evolution & testing.
9. Good to have Knowledge about DFMEA & SFMEA.

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position: Roles & Responsibilities are as below

1. Design & development for Matlab Control/ plant Model.
2. Manual Coding, Low level driver for Microcontroller.
3. Support for hardware interfacing & sensor selections for Embedded Application.
4. Support for Homologation & Product approval.

Computer/ System knowledge & skills required: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
