In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates, ply woods, pre laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicle.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment
Contract Labour Management
Talent Acquisition
Employee Relation & Employee Welfare
Training And Development
Performance Appraisal System
Proficient in the areas like Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Performance Appraisal, Training needs analysis, Compensations & Benefits,
Efficient in planning the organization needs.
Proficient in supervising the other HR staff.

IR Functions
•Grievance Handling, Domestic Enquiries, Welfare of Employees, Statutory / Non Statutory Compliances under Various Acts Like: - E.P.F., E.S.I., L.W.F., Factory Act Etc.
•Licensing & Registration And Maintain Return & Register. •Take the regular meeting with work committee, to keep industrial discipline, issue letter for late coming, absenteeism, suspension, termination etc.
•Insurance like WC, Mediclaim, Group Gratuity, Super animation, Vehicle Insurance etc.
•Liaison with Government Authorities like P.F., E.S.I., Health and Safety, Pollution, Fire, Red-Cross, Police and Transport Etc
• Statutory Compliances.
