We are looking for Dy. Manager- Accounts with one of our Die Casting Industry at CHakan, Pune.

It was established in 1985 to manufacture Aluminium Die Casting products at Aurangabad, Maharashtra (India). It is a global force in Aluminium Casting (including Alloy Wheels), Suspension, Transmission and Braking products with annual sale revenue of US$ 519 Million (INR 31,381 Million) from domestic operations and approx. US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany. 

 Designation:    Asst./ Dy. Manager- Accounts 

 Location :  Chakan, Pune

 Qualification: B Com/M Com/CA Inter/ICWA
Preferred – M Com/CA Inter / ICWA

 Experience: 10-15 yrs

 Functional Knowledge:

 - Budgeting.
- MIS preparation.
- Fund flow.
- Service tax & compliance.
- Income Tax – TDS & tax audit compliance.
- VAT and compliance including VAT audit compliance.
- CENVAT credit, Excise reconciliation.
- Expenses analysis.
- Vendor and customer reconciliation.
- Unit level preparation Balances Sheet and Profit & Loss account.
- Ledger scrutiny including expenses analysis.
- Overall control of plant account department.

 Skills:

 - Good communication skill.
- People handling
Technical Knowledge:
- Transaction in SAP

 Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:
- Communication with Plant Head & Cluster Business Head.

 JOB DESCRIPTION
- Command on Excel utility.

 Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:

 Budget, MIS, fund flow, unit level Balance Sheet and P&L preparation. Statutory compliance related to finance at plant level, SOA and SOP compliance, Ensure & verification of accounting vouchers, bill passing, vendors/customers debit / credit note, expenses booking on day to day basis.


 Computer/ System knowledge & skills required: SAP & Excel
