Reportee’s (positions):

Key Accountabilities (Broad
end result and key activities that the position holder is expected to take
up. Please describe various dimensions such as volumes expected to handle,
variety in number of projects):
1. Identifying
Technical training needs of Individual’s plant wide
2. Preparation
& Execution of Training calendar for FY(2015-16) in align with HOD
3. Communicate
program schedule to L& D Coordinators, Participants & respective
plant heads
4. Monitoring the
attendance, conducting the pre-post test, collecting the feedback of the
participants during the training sessions
5. Communicate
Assessment / Evaluation report & Attendance trend to functional Heads /
HOD’s
6. Develop a short
& long term plan for Technical trainings aligning with plants
7. Develop &
establish technical training modules in TTC and operating the same plant wide
8. Developing the project
strategy for the participants based on the each module
9. Creating &
implementing measures for training effectiveness.
10. Preparing,
monitoring and controlling TTC budget
11. Estimated costs
of training and subsequently managed them in accordance with the budget to
ensure maximum return of investments.
12. Extemporizing
current TTC practices based on the feedback & suggestions
13. Co-ordinate
with all administrative arrangements, Faculty/Trainer for Scheduling &
Executing the technical training program @ TTC
14. Creating
learning culture in the organization by implementing the effective trainings
plant wide
15. Planning ,
Designing & Implementing effective trainings as per the training plan
16. Preparing &
Processing the vendor payments for training related items
17. Preparing TTC
review for MIS
18. To prepare the
cut models of equipment and machinery required for technical Centre.
19. Content
development & execution focus on common modules
20. To develop next
generation L&D with help of colleagues & Superiors.
21. Supporting
other activities like Induction & Presentation.
