We are looking for Assistant Manager - Maintenance with one of our Suspension Division at Chennai.

US$ 183 Million (INR 11,072 Million) from overseas operations for the year 2013-2014. This Group has 19 Plants across India, Italy & Germany.

Position : Assistant Manager

Department : Maintenance

Location: Chennai

Qualification & Exp. : Diploma in Mech / Elect / Electronics Engg with 8 - 12 year Experience OR B Tech in Mech / Elect / Electronics Engg with 6 -10 Year Experience

Age Limit : 30-35 years

Division: Suspension Division

Job Description:-

(a) Knowledge of Plant Maintenance ( Mechanical /Electrical/Electronic) in Plating , Powder coating , Machine shop , Weld shop ,Assembly shop etc.,
(b) Sound hand own experience of Plating, SCADA, CNC , VMC, SPM, Hydrolic system , PLC , AC Drives, Machines Preventive / Predictive Maintenance & equipment up keeping, MTTR / MTBF Activity , Adept in trouble shooting ,Breakdown Maintenance / Root cause analysis & countermeasure, Resources planning & optimization, Spares management and Manpower handling
© Basic Knowledge of of TPM ,EHS , TS Standards etc.


Desirable / Preference : - Exposure of Suspension Shop ( Plating Shop & Machine shop) & Can work in challenging environment with team effort.
