For the post : Accounts Assistant

Experience Required : 5 years and above

Qualification : Graduate (B Com)

Job Responsibilities

o Checking & rectification of PO
o Checking of order processing format
o Follow up of Debtors Payment & maintenance of project wise & invoice wise details.
o Preparation & Follow up for BG & LC
o Follow up & Issue of Installation Invoice
o Preparation of Budget & Comparison with actual
o Checking of Vouchers of Installers & Supervisors
o Entry of Vouchers
o Follow up with factories regarding reconciliation
o Bank & Branch reconciliation


Competencies to be needed
o B. Com / M. Com with experience of minimum 5 years
o Payment follow up background
o Competent to issue letter to parties for payment follow up.
o Competent to do reconciliation
