We are looking for Manager Operations with one of our reputed Manufacturing Industry at Delhi.

Company Profile : It is a Rs 6000 million worth conglomerate with diversified business interests in the area of Agro & Interior solution. It has taken an integrated approach for all its operations. In Interior solution, it manufactures raw materials like laminates, ply woods, pre laminated boards to value added products like Post Formed components, ready to fit Furniture and Restroom Cubicle.
Position:: Sr. Manager (MKT)/ Manager Operations

Reporting to: Director / Head Projects

Experience Required: 10 Years and above

Qualification: MBA

Age Bar: 35 Years & Above

Gender: Male

Salary Package : Negotiable

Target Companies: Laminates, Interior Item, Construction/Wooden/ Tiles/ Pipes etc / Building material Industry & Sanitary etc.

Job Responsibilities

oTo help in achieving the Branch Business Target of the co.

oTo maintain and serve key clients of the co.

oTo increase sales of the branch.

oTo help in R & D of Market development and needs.

oTo Motivate, Support & Lead the subordinates to achieve co. Goal.

Competencies needed
oMust have good PRO with the Architects in Delhi.
oExposure of Govt. Segment i.e CPWD, PWD, DDA etc would be preferable.
oGood Communication skills.
oGood understanding of interiors.
oGood calculation skills and technical ideas.
oMust be committed and Loyal towards his work.


Job pre-requisites

Own a vehicle.
Delhi based.
