Area of Operation: India
Experience: 15-20 Years
Qualification: MBA, B Tech
Compensation: 30 LPA (Plus 20-25% variable)
Age: 40-45
Preferred Industry: Consumer Durables - LG, Samsung, Paints -Asian Paints, J&N, others - Moser Baer etc.
Reporting to: Managing Director / Director
Base Office: Hapur Campus
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY:
- Increase in Sales Volume, Value, Product Mix and Average Selling Price and Profit per Unit
- Improve the Credit Management
- Business / Market Development
- Increase in Number of Effective & Profitable Channel Partners
- Penetration into new Geographical Territories and tapping alternate channels
- Increase the ROI on BTL
- Sales Administration & Management
- Develop Business Plans
- Generate Reports & MIS
- Discipline, Motivation, Preparedness & Readiness of Team
- Retention of Team Members
- Database Management of Relevant Market & Customers
- Information Sharing between Branches & Zones
- Timely Evaluation & Feedback of and to Team
- Revenue Generated / Team Member
- Improvement in Working Capital
- Services & Supply Chain
- Projections of Product Mix
- Stock Order Quantities
- Quality & Quantity of Stock
- Prevention of Slow & Dead Stock
- Service Levels from Primary to Secondary
PARTICIPATORY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Promotion - ATL & BTL Strategy & BTL Execution
- Allocation, Distribution & Maintenance of Collaterals
- Projection of Requirement
- Service & Supply Chain
- Service Levels to the Primary Sales and of Catalogs
- Improvement in Logistics
- Increase in Profitability and Decrease in Working Capital
Expectations:
- Punctuality, Workaholic and Systems Oriented
- Impeccable Integrity
- Leadership by Example
- To come up with his own Ideas and ability to handle chaos and work in unpredictable and adverse conditions
- This position requires lots of Travel of up to 20 days/month, the incumbent must be healthy and not suffering from any problems that could hamper the aforementioned.
