Job Descriptions : Zonal Head-Export
# Formulate and Implement export strategies and activities to increase the company's profitability, market share and fight global competition.
# Develop and maintain network around the globe to understand the market movements, competitor's strategies, prices and sharing these market updates with the reporting team members to make their marketing effective.
# Streamlining Inter/Intra organizational Export procedures to attain smooth flow of communication,cost reduction, effective and accountable coordination.
# Managing export marketing budget, sales volume/ revenue, achieving primary in overseas country & expanding portfolio in the country.
# Negotiate, review & renew contracts for effective marketing, trading and customer/supplier relationship.
# Devising daily pricing on the basis of currency Fluctuations, market competition, demand & supply Scenario/Forecast. (Being commodity nature of the product)
# Managing and directing the Allied activities of international business in coordination with other departments.
# Planning & controlling the movement of the goods for cross country trade.
# Frequently travelling for exhibitions, building & maintaining strategic relationships with major clientele, to enhance business opportunities and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
# Conducting detailed market study to ascertain the market potential and business opportunities
# Participate in Trade Fairs and visit the overseas customers to strengthen business relationship
# Working closely with the Team Members to find effective and constructive solutions to the challenges, obstacles & customer complaints in export activities.
# Creating a healthy competition amongst marketing team by segmenting responsibilities, development of new International territories and nurturing the existing clients.
