Designation: Market Analyst & Business Analyst

Job Requirement:

# Market Analyst
* Analyze data and communicate findings
* Gathering market data and preparing reports
* Develop new techniques for conducting market research in a cost-effective manner
* To conduct market research on industrial products
* Providing information and insights that contribute to the overall brand plan, sales analysis, market and competitive analysis
* Preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
* Measuring and assessing customer and employee satisfaction
* Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature

# Business Analyst:
* Having excellent IT and strong communication skills
* Being logical and objective
* Having fair understanding of IT in Energy and Utility domain
* Good knowledge of SDLC
* Highly competent with MS Word, Power Point, Excel. Experience with MS Project is a plus.
* Recommend, develop, write and communicate business requirements
* Analyze business activities to make them more efficient by using IT resources
* Develop business case, use case and requirement documents
* Review and validate the specifications document with client process owners and publish the same to the functional and technical team
* Communicate / Interact with client business teams in understanding the system issues and work with the technical team in providing solutions
