What began small has evolved into a worthy commercial organization today, serving a cross section of high profile FMCG and other market segments.

Designation: R & D Head

Location: Delhi/ NCR ( Near Anand Vihar ISBT)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Post Graduate degree, preferably Doctorate in Science, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.

Must have experience from area like Rotogravure printing/ Lamination / Pouch.

Experience : Minimum 15 Yrs of Experience in R & D

Salary : Will depend on the experience and competency , however, it will not be a constraint for a deserving candidate .

Responsibilities:
1. Creates and develop product in accordance with market demand.
2. Responsible for Research and Development and Technical support for flexible packaging material.
3. Research and Develop new or improved product lines / Total packaging solution.
4. Bringing these new products and processes to an industrial scale.
5. Design and develop new products and processes in accordance with market demand.
6. Apply new technologies.
7. Optimize production by analyzing processes and identifying process conditions
improve Throughput.
8. Innovation , Sustainability , Re Engineering & New Development (Packaging)
9. Product Packaging development, Packaging Designing .
10. Can handle R&D activities for Flexible packaging- New product development. Arranging new product from supplier for new development in order to reduce cost.
11. An understanding and knowledge of all regulatory requirements with regard to the production of chemical products.
