Position: Microbiologist

Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc.

Exp:- 2-3 Yrs.

Job Profile:

*MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS-
Analysis of Raw Material & Finished products by using different techniques such as TPC, Yeast and Molds, Coliform and also detect the pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, E. Coli, Staphylococcus aureous Shigella and normal& heat resistance Aerobic spore .

*Swab test, Air microbiology & Water testing( TPC, Yeast and Molds, Coliform Salmonella, E. Coli & MPN ).

* Antibacterial activity of Biolam.

*CHEMICAL TESTS-
Biological oxygen demand(BOD) & Chemical oxygen demand(COD), Reducing sugar Testing, SO2 Testing, Moisture Content ,Salt %, Acidity test, MBRT test. and Fat %.
*Responsible for all Receiving of Packing materials, Raw materials and their analysis (Physical, Chemical, Microbiological).
*Documentation of Records of Microbiological & chemical Analysis of raw material & Finished Products .

*Daily Quality Inspection and mentain the GMP, GHP in plant & storage.

* Responsible for processing of Efflunt treatment plant.
